Ingredients

500 grams of self raising flour

6 eggs

150 grams of butter

750 ml of full cream milk

50 grams of icing sugar

A pinch of salt

Method

seperate eggs and whisk whites till light and fluffy

mix the flour, butter, egg yolks, milk and sugar

then add salt and fold in the whisked egg whites
